General labor charge for bench fee/diagnosis fee.  This includes labor to install add-on cards such as Modems, Video Cards, Hard Drives, Sound Cards, CD/DVD Drives and all other peripherals. The bench fee or diagnosis fee will be applied to the cost of the repair!

Labor charge for on-site service. This does not include parts. In some cases, travel time may be accessed. Sometimes we may deem it more cost effective for us to return to our office to perform the work needed due to time frame of certain services, such as diagnosing or certain virus removals. In the office, we offer flat fees for these services rather than an hourly charge. Our main goal is to be fair and honest with the customer!

Copy (Only if instructed to by the customer) all your favorites, documents, pictures, address book, e-mails and other data specified. (Only on working bootable systems) Low-level format hard drive. Install Operating System and all hardware drivers for equipment installed IN computer at the time of reload. Perform all of Windows Updates current to the date of service.
